I visited Smile Hub for scheduled cleaning. Upon arrival I explained that a filling fell out the night before. The receptionist thought she might get the dentist to examine me instead of the hygienist. It’s 45 minutes later now and I’m on the way home. My problem tooth was sorted by the dentist. My less urgent teeth cleaning is reschedule for next week. I’m grateful to Smile Hub for their quick thinking and flexibility. Great customer service. Well done.
