I rang here in a panic after my son knocked his tooth. Everyone we spoke to was so kind and made myself and my 2 year old feel at ease.

Have only ever been to see Dr Laura Fee, as am a nervous patient and unsuitable for sedation. Laura is quick, efficient, and strikes a really good balance of knowing when to power through and pull back with me. Have had multiple procedures now, including extractions, fillings, and root canals, and have never had any issues during or after.

After several bad experiences with other dentists, I'm certainly not the easiest person to have in the chair, so I greatly appreciate Laura's speed and patience.

Would highly recommend Laura.

Dr. Bishoy was very careful and attentive.

Such a warm friendly environment, I got an emergency appointment within 40mins of breaking a tooth. Staff very kind and dentist did an amazing fix. I would highly recommend

Bayside Smile Hub. I had a crown fitted this morning by Mark, I am very happy with his treatment and the result.

Very poor administration. I was referred to the clinic by my dentist only to have a CBCT scan. I have a poor command of English, so I had a long correspondence with the clinic by email before the visit. On the day of the visit, I informed the receptionist first. When I was invited to the doctor's office, I also informed the doctor of the following information, verbatim "My doctor sent you referral only for scan of the left mandibular region. But I would like to have a whole mouth scan, because I have implants on both sides". After that, I was asked to sit in the chair for an examination. Since I am not a doctor, I assumed that perhaps a preliminary examination was necessary for the CBCT scan. However, immediately after the examination, the doctor started cleaning my teeth. These services were not discussed with me in advance, they are not in our correspondence or in the referral from my doctor. I also did not know the price of these services. So I received two additional services that I did not order and spent 200 euros more than I planned. This funny situation cost me dearly. I really hope that this is poor administration and not a tactic to increase income.

Chipped my front tooth in the afternoon, got an appointment in the evening, Dentist was so kind & calm, cannot fault the work, a lot of time & attention taken to make sure it was right, so grateful
