I honestly cannot recommend Homs Assist highly enough.

For the past four years, Robert, a partner at the firm, and his incredible team have stood by me throughout a very challenging period of my life following a car accident. From the very beginning, I felt supported, listened to, and genuinely cared about.

My case was often complex and, at times, overwhelming for me. However, Anna and Natalia always had the patience to listen. They never made me feel like I was being rushed or that my concerns didn't matter. They took the time to explain everything clearly and treated me with kindness, understanding, and respect throughout the entire process.

Where do I start. The very 1st contact I had with Deirdre who was so reassuring and calming in her approach which was great for me as the incident itself was not of my doing never mind I wasn’t even in the car at the time !!. Over the course of the next seven weeks Deirdre at every stage was not only thoroughly professional in her approach and dealings with me but also very communicative and kept me updated regularly which in today’s times is a big thing as it both reassuring and lessens any stress. As well as the above I also found Deirdre to be both friendly and personable and client focused which are all great qualities and allow me without hesitation in saying that anyone else going forward in a similar situation would have to go a very long way to find someone better at getting such a quick seamless and hassle free resolution in a case like this.

Stephen Clancy is brilliant. He had helped me to deal with the insurance company and the car garage .

I have nothing but lovely words about Home Assist. Both Stephen and Adrian helped me to sort out the repair of my car. My car was hit while it was parked. One of my best friends told me about them. Their help was much appreciated. They managed to find out the insurance of the person who bumped into my car and get the repairs done. All of these happened in less than three months. I recommend them to everyone who has a car accident or any issues with an open claim . They are very professional.
