I had a really great experience with Stephen Clancy and couldn’t recommend him more. After I was in a car crash a few months ago, I was completely unsure of what to do next as a 23-year-old driver who had never dealt with anything like that before.
I was recommended Stephen by Aidan Sugrue at a crash repair centre, and honestly, he made the whole process so easy and stress-free. All I had to do was explain what happened and provide my insurance details, and he took care of everything from there — including dealing with insurance and all the back-and-forth.
He was professional, clear, and very reassuring throughout, which gave me a lot of confidence. Everything felt seamless.
If you’re ever in a similar situation and don’t know where to start, I would 100% recommend Stephen Clancy.

First time I have ever been involved in a car accident with after 40 years driving. It wasn’t my fault and I really didn’t know where to start to get things sorted out. Totally confused I was.
After contacting Peter and Stephen they absolutely took control of everything required from Email to phone calls to get everything completed to my satisfaction.

My car was backed into, which happens. But then I was locked in negotiations with the at-fault party's insurer as I needed to have it repaired at the official dealer (the acr was new-ish and under warranty). Stephen Clancy of Homs Assist resolved the issue speedily, and my car was perfectly repaired, paid for by the at-fault party's insurance; I also got a modest value loss payout.
