I was involved in an incident where a bus done some damage to my car, I wasn't getting anywhere with bus eireann myself, as soon as I contacted Deirdre she had the ball rolling straight away, she had the assessor out within a few days and the claim itself was settled within 6/8 weeks. I found Deirdre to be very efficient and professional. Overall my experience with Deirdre was great and I would definitely recommend her to anyone in a similar situation.
