I had a incident with my car as a new and first time driver this was extremely intimidating for me.. the guys at home assist were extremely friendly and reassuring they completely took over for me and i really didn’t have to worry about anything they organised everything from the rental car and everything in-between I didn’t have to worry or lift a finger !
